The Charter has become a lawyers’
game in court and not democracy,
Criminals are given the benefits of
all this hypocrisy,
Silver tongued council and left
leaning judges where justice is bent,
With that combination, the
criminals walk and no argument.
Trudeau’s International Charter was
supposed to protect us all,
Written for EVERYONE in the world
but used so the system might stall,
Where victims seem to suffer amid
the Charter legal game,
And Trudeau’s holy legal Charter
can never get the blame.
Criminals take advantage of legal
aid and hypocrisy,
Lawyers with a Charter challenge to
demean democracy,
The result is a soft system made by
their soft decisions,
We need referendums, mandatory
voting and revisions.
