Why does our court system have publication bans here and there?
For no apparent reason though more people should show they care,
When I hear it or see it, I wonder what they want to hide,
Or is it some polygamy guy with another child bride?
Why do we have so many secrets in our so-called open courts?
Are these secrets kept in hidden confidential reports?
Should they publish the reason why these dark secrets are kept?
Or would even that reveal too much more than they would accept?
Can we change anything in the courts or are we also locked in?
Would this break some rule or federal law or would it be a sin?
If we had binding referendums like the Swiss, could we change?
If we had proportional representation, could we rearrange?
