Why are we denied so much good democratic stuff?
Did some high up politician or appointee say we had enough?
Why can't we have binding referendums like the Swiss?
Can I even ask questions like this or am I being remiss?
Should I apologize for thinking we should have propositions?
Would the appointees look at me with some suspicions?
Could we have proportional representation or a plebiscite?
Is that thinking too far over to the plight of the right?
Could we have set-date elections or is that against some rule?
Every four years or would they look at this as cruel?
Should senators, judges and Governor Generals be elected?
Could it come to pass that our system might be corrected?
