For some reason, we are not allowed to
arrange when to die,
Some Supreme Court types decided and I
don't know how or why,
We have no binding referendums so we
can't interfere,
But they have these in Switzerland and
have very little to fear.
They can arrange this in Washington and
Oregon and other states,
But Canadians can't even show that
things have gone desperate,
The aristocrats in Ottawa rule this
land – not the politicians,
Their friendly media moguls seldom
mention these conditions.
Same judges allowed doctors to kill
unborn babies every day,
Abortion clinic holocaust and women
don't have to pay,
They told Sue Rodriguez with Lou
Gehrig's disease she could not die,
They also allowed the Insite Clinic so
drug addicts could drop by.
