What if no more appointees were appointed to our Senate place?
Could this happen or would it be a huge political disgrace?
Do our political leaders have the guts to pull this off?
Would it mean less appointees to be waiting at the trough?
Could our future senators be elected instead of being appointed?
Could it cause them to make some political noise, if disappointed?
Why can they now stay until they're seventy five and never make a sound?
How could I get such an appointment to that fancy red compound?
Would the Supreme Court cause a fuss and say this cant 't be done?
Would those not appointed yet not consider this much fun?
What can or can't be done in those extremely high places?
Is death with dignity one of those can't-be-discussed cases?
