WAR DOES NOT APPEAL … JULY 26TH, 2014

War does not appeal to me in any way shape or form,
But history shows that wars have always been the norm,
There has to be a better way to prevent human slaughter,
Some people or religions seem to want war come hell or high water.
I thought the United Nations was formed to solve this type of disorder,
They seem helpless here too like any national court order,
Someone should come up with a better system that compels folk to talk,
And keep on talking and talking and do nothing more than gawk.
The idea of peace should be part of world wide education,
That means everywhere -- every big and tiny religion and nation,
The UN should realize that this is their big opportunity,
Lessons about peace where no one or religion has immunity.
