Propositions and referendums are not part of their plans,
All party politicians have their own built-in party fans,
And it is not politicians who release cop killers from jail,
But powerful government bureaucrats and they always prevail.

They justify their existence by letting cop killers free,
While hiding their prison records so the public can't see,
And they meet regularly every year with criminals, by law,
Probably on first name basis as they plan and guffaw.

But you, my friend, are just a constituent number down below,
Kept there by Ottawa legislation and you have no control,
Because binding referendums are completely totally banned,
As they release cop killers out of prison in this great land.
