So Quebec didn’t sign the Constitution and why not?
Did they not like Pierre Trudeau’s Charter or his left-wing plot?
With no binding referendums to impress the Ottawa crowd,
Do French-speaking Quebecois feel they are under a cloud?



If we made some constitutional changes, for each premier,
To be prime minister of Canada for exactly one year,
And elected Supreme Court and Senate; would Quebec sign?
Then add recall to get rid of idiot politicians to make it fine?



How do we get the proper leadership to make these changes?
Does any Canadian even care if someone out there arranges?
Do media moguls influence all political change?
Is this something we will never be able to arrange?
