Why are our politicians so reluctant to change?
And death-with-dignity must be considered illegal and strange?
Why is this issue hidden behind closed doors?
Have Canadians been told that this is something they cannot score?
Will this be an election issue or stay forever hidden?
Will it not happen because its forever forbidden?
Who is pulling the strings that has caused these events?
And why are they so extremely reluctant to relent?
For some strange reason, our politicians have been told,
The idea of death-with-dignity has to be put on hold,
Why is this never-mentioned quiet stuff, kept behind closed doors?
And if its never said or told; nobody really knows.
