HOW DO WE CHANGE THE CONSTITUTION? June 7th, 2011

Peace, order and good government may not be good enough,
No recall or binding referendums though this could be rough,
Politicians speaking in slogans with no set-date elections,
Don’t want political issues and don’t want inspections.



The subject of abortion is taboo in all prime time,
It’s a feminist issue so they can’t go past that line,
It’s one of the reasons we are going in a circle nowhere?
Referendums and death with dignity will not be our affair.



Politicians speak out of both sides of their mouths on agenda,
Don’t have an independent thought outside party propaganda,
Therefore we’re going nowhere fast because they hate any change,
It would be nice though if it could be politically arranged.
