We could have propositions, referendums and
judicial reviews,
Though our permanent politicians would go into the
blues,
Plus death with dignity and set-date elections
every four years,
And elected Supreme Court so no need for their secret-list
peers.
Then add proportional representation and voting
with rules,
Vote by social numbers or finds at tax time for the
no-voting fools,
These changes would probably mean a new improved
constitution,
They could print this poem and go from there, to
help in the solution.
I can almost hear the established aristocratic
opposition,
As they scream for party coalition like a combat
mission,
Then add the CBC plus the GST on every TV screen,
Looking for someone, anyone to stop this and intervene.
