Our Supreme Court allowed the Insite clinics so we must be mad?
Can we do anything about it, other than get sad?
Our politicians we voted in, couldn’t close it down,
Is this the reason why less than half of us vote and frown?
The drug addicts get free clean needles at these Insite clinics,
We have to go along with this decision and not be cynics,
They buy their illegal drugs somewhere on a Vancouver street,
And this criminal activity cannot be considered defeat.
But that’s not all; the clinics are coming to Toronto soon,
They want three free drug-addict clinics maybe by the next full moon,
And with the Supreme Court on their side; they can’t be stopped,
The government tried it in Vancouver and got chopped.
