Party-bound politicians

Party-bound politicians don't have one independent idea,
Travel the world, could be in Uganda or Tanzania,
Couldn't care less about our political conditions,
Much more concerned with their political party ambitions.

They want no political recall or legal prostitution,
They like soft-on-crime judges but no murderer executions,
Though we have a hundred thousand babies aborted every year,
Politicians don't care less and never shed a tear.

No binding referendums or proportional representation,
We are a great politically correct illustration,
TV talking heads and obedient journalists do the rest,
Incoming ships of refugees are not in the least bit distressed.
