Canadian Improvements

About half Canadians bother to vote and we don’t mind,
But all Canadians should be compelled to vote or be fined,
Because the result has been activists coming out of the wood,
Tax-and-spend-travel types who sometimes seem like Robin Hood.



Canadians should have binding referendums for the folks,
To avoid Ottawa being involved in a government hoax,
Every five years, set-date elections in this political machine,
And no one, regardless of rank, can change it in between.



Canadians should have death with dignity from sea to sea,
Though some pompous sanctimonious clergy may not agree,
And how they vote in parliament should be displayed every week,
Constituent committees should recall those MPs too weak.

All Religions Are Wrong

There are hundreds of religions each claiming that they are right,
Throughout history this has caused numerous wars and fights,
Still today each religion claims that it is the only right one,
Have faith they say, and if we go to war, you’ll need a gun.



Even the communists have what amounts to religious faith,
Without the music and signs and vestments, they still say it’s great,
There must be something inside us that makes us want to believe,
And all the various religions say join them and we can achieve.



We should seek out a way to declare that all religions are wrong,
Probably cause another war as the religious wont go along,
So sit down for a minute and think about life after death,
Could this be true or could each dogma be all wet?

Euthanasia Soon Please

The greatest human freedom is to live, and die, according to one's desires.
Therefore we should do and change some laws that this requires,
Because both euthanasia and death with dignity are banned,
Our politicians are busy in Ottawa and don’t understand.



The media and provinces are trying to ignore Quebec,
Consider their death with dignity like a pain in the neck,
That can’t be discussed or allowed at the provincial level,
Like this is a religious issue, and they’re talking to the devil.



Therefore this issue will have to be swept under the carpet,
Pretend it’s in French and no one around here can interpret,
Just don’t mention it and no one will think about it or know,
We have to change things soon because those Liberals are not slow.

Trudeau's Charter of Rights

We are our own worst enemy by Trudeau's Charter of Rights,
For "EVERYONE" in the world and that means refugee delights,
And illegal refugees claimants are now coming in large ships,
Crossing oceans making very long and dangerous expensive trips.



Why can't our politicians change Trudeau's Charter of Rights?
Why are we stuck helping "EVERYONE" as though we were in fright?
Why are we compelled to help them, whether we like it or not?
Completely helpless though this is starting to smell a lot.



Could someone come out of the woodwork and maybe change that phrase?
Change "EVERYONE" to "CANADIANS" and no more Charter delays,
And no more clutching a copy of Trudeau's Charter of Rights,
On parole boards letting prisoners out of jail to their delights.

Quebec Death with Dignity

It sounds like Quebec may get death with dignity very soon,
Ontario folks are forbidden to have it because we’re immune,
It can’t be discussed in Ontario because it might be a sin,
Our provincial politicians are busy playing a violin.



And if Quebec politicians get away with it; good for them,
But they can’t change federal law or they’ll be condemned,
But maybe they can because they’re always a little strange,
So death with dignity and euthanasia might be arranged.



But in Ontario, it’s still a serious mortal sin.
Priests and bishops wont allow it and no one can win,
And if you’re dying in pain and just want to get it over,
You’ll just have to suffer in pain and like it moreover.

Advice to His Holiness the Pope

Your excellency, your highness or whatever you’re called,
Your paedophile priests have left this once pious Christian appalled,
Crimes not reported and hidden by various bishops for years,
Even the Mafia couldn’t pull this off and have no fears.



So you should change some pompous church rules before it’s too late,
Have another conference or some Vatican 3 debate,
Insist that all priests should be told and allowed and get one wife,
Insist pedophile priests be reported be put in jail for life.



Female priests should be allowed and encouraged in this day and age,
But they should have husbands to avoid a lesbian phase,
And the widows of priests should be helped and supported by the church,
And not left by herself with her kids and family in the lurch.

No Euthanasia

Neither you nor I are allowed to plot or plan our own deaths,
No matter how rich or poor we are and can’t have regrets,
And no assisted suicide because that’s against the law,
Waiting around to die in pain might be our last hurrah.

We cannot have euthanasia because that’s considered wrong,
The religious folks who look after things say that life is long,
We have no political influence and we seldom even vote,
Euthanasia or assisted suicide is something we can’t promote.


We have Trudeau’s Charter of Rights so everything is all right,
Without binding referendums or recall so turn out the lights,
And with no set-date elections they will stay a long time,
No assisted suicide or euthanasia because that’s a crime.

No Binding Canadian Referendums allowed

The polls say this or that but what about the questions asked?
Bent questions wanting bent answers where the truth is often masked,
Where elite media moguls get the propaganda they need,
Binding referendums will remain unknown and that's agreed.



Because referendums could get us proportional representation,
Because our present first-past-the-post can be misrepresentation,
But this is not politically correct information,
Not in our great Charter misguided Canadian nation.



Should Canadians have compulsory voting next time ‘round?
Like the Australians have and we are all Commonwealth bound,
A good fine on their next tax bill for those who refuse to vote,
Because less than half the Canadians bother to take note.

Message to the Prime Minister

Prime Minister Harper: do something good for us to remember,
Otherwise, like Chretien, you will be just another number,
Think binding referendums and proportional representation,
Think compulsory voting for Canadian in frustration.



Because we are on your side and want you remembered forever,
Try correct Trudeau’s Charter though he thought he was clever,
Written for “EVERYONE” in the world and they’re all coming here,
Or our present Canadian system will soon disappear.



Sometimes it appears that the parole boards are out of control,
And the appointed Supreme Court tends to think they’re on a roll,
Liberals are still entrenched here and there as you well know,
With binding referendums we would never again kowtow.

We Need a Solution Soon

Because "EVERYONE" in Trudeau’s Charter means billions of folks,
Great chance for those interested in an immigration hoax,
But then it gets worse because Canadians get caught in this trap,
Incoming illegal refugees are here in a snap.



And pompous politicians don’t know what to do though they pretend,
They are tied to their political party agenda and trend,
Therefore Canadians are caught without much leadership,
While international crooks are out there buying many leaky ships.



Someone somewhere out there should have a Canadian solution,
Maybe run in the next election and make a contribution,
Because we don’t have referendums or set-date elections,
Or proportional representation for our protection.

Before the Charter of Rights

The Charter of Rights and human rights and then add the last rites,
Then add the various religions and turn out all the lights,
Then add the United Nations and we’ve all gone a little strange,
Is it possible that someone somewhere could come and rearrange?



Because the pompous righteous do-gooders have gone off the deep end,
Where every oddball dictatorship can come to offend,
Backed up by other strange friends from somewhere over there,
And they all want money and guns because they claim they’re in despair.



And many of them are coming here because we let them in,
Is it possible that Canada could be compared to a loony bin?
How do we get back to where we were fifty years ago?
Before the Charter of Rights and we didn’t have to kowtow.

No Control of our Politicians

We have little or no control of our politicians,
No set-date elections and no required voting conditions,
Therefore we seldom vote and just do what we're told,
No referendums are needed because we're not that bold.

And if we don't get rid of Trudeau's Charter, it will get rid of us,
The enemy in the mirror looking back should cause a fuss,
Have a huge tea party and tell them to review,
Change "EVERYONE" to "CANADIAN" and make it new.

When we rename parks and streets and other places,
And all this is being done right in our faces,
They write about this and that and avoid what counts,
It's Trudeau's Charter of Rights to no small amount.

That train coming down the track

To admit that their sacred Charter is a mistake, is a sin,
Can't go there because no left-wing politician could win,
But Trudeau's Charter of Rights is the cause we can't get ahead,
"EVERYONE" in the world in court claiming their rights instead.



We should rearrange Trudeau's Charter of Rights to be just for us,
And why should this intelligent idea cause such a fuss?
As we watch the incoming refugee ships being escorted in,
And we are forbidden to see that there might be a problem herein.



Because other ships are lining up somewhere over there,
Ottawa politicians deny this and say it's all on the square,
Trudeau's Charter of Rights is all wrong and should be changed,
Because that train coming down the track towards us will rearrange.

Religion

I envy those who still have the faith though for me it's too late,
Maybe I'm wrong but maybe I'm right but no need for debate,
It has something to do with paedophile priests and their defenders,
Finally exposed after a thousand years of pompous pretenders.



As they stand in coloured vestments on a pulpit looking down,
Pompously preaching the gospel pointing a finger around,
I should apologize and ask for forgiveness or shut up,
But the number of paedophile priests keeps going up.



There's someone in the box waiting to hear my confession,
Could that be another paedophile priest indiscretion?
Where do I go to find the truth but no one seems to know,
Why are their sins a secret and why do I still have to kowtow?
