When a criminal commits a murder after being granted parole
The board never criticize themselves as though they were on a stroll
Not concerned about protecting the public in the least
And future murder victims can’t complain because they’ll be deceased

Because internal reviews and investigations are done by the board
They investigate themselves though this may seem absurd
Indeed Canada’s worse criminal problem is the parole board
Where many life-long criminals seem to have scored

Cop killers and taxi killers get their easy bail and parole
There’s something very rotten and wrong and we’re paying the toll
We can complain all we like but it doesn’t do any good
But banned binding Canadian referendums would.
