Hidden in parole board files are lists of those who failed their parole,
As the lists grow longer the parole boards should loose their control,
The largest bureaucracy on earth may have to alter its name,
Just because many thieves, murderers and rapists remained the same.


With a budget of $43 millions and offices coast to coast,
This real big national problem has not even been diagnosed,
Sixty six good Canadians killed by convicts on early release,
They have even been known to shoot and kill taxi drivers and police.

These dangerous offenders are set free every day to walk our streets,
When they reoffend it is not considered a criminal defeat,
Because the parole board bureaucracy goes on forever,
Nothing can interfere with them because they are quite clever.
