How many pedophile priests are there?

The number of pedophile priests seems to increase every day,
Some even say they think that half the celibate priesthood is gay,
I think I may have met a pedophile priest one day last week,
Dressed in black to the ground, roman collar but I didn't speak.

At one time long ago, we thought the priests were celibate saints,
No one had even heard of making a pedophile complaint,
But things have changed and nowadays it seems a daily event,
And after complaining, they're suing for every dollar and cent.

No country seems immune from these pedophile accusations,
Though the church still tries to control or hide these complications,
I think all pedophile priests should put in jail for life,
Though a short trial might help in the resolution to all this strife.
